Gluten Free Shopping!

Good evening, everyone!
Chris and I were very productive today. We went to the Honda dealership to look into getting a new car :) Possibly? We took our empties back to the Beer Store, took the puppies to the dog park, went grocery shopping and tried a new store: Grandma's Gluten Free Goods!
Tomorrow we are having Lindsay and Johnny over for lunch and I was planning on making fajitas. I would love to be able to eat the fajitas so I began my search for "Kristina-friendly" tortillas. I was told about Grandma's Gluten Free Goods by a parent at my school who has Celiac disease and has a 4 year old who is also showing symptoms of the disease. Although I have not been diagnosed, Dr. Som is pretty sure that I have a high sensitivity to wheat which makes me gain weight almost immediately. It was only since cutting out the wheat-based foods, have I started to lose the weight.
The store is not too far from Dr. Som`s office and had so many items I wanted to try! I ended up finding my tortillas made with millet flour as well as some rice-based pastas. Food basics used to sell my Tinkyada rice pastas but they've replaced them with these really gross textured rice-pastas *blah!* I made sure to pick up some spaghetti, rotini and an oven-ready lasagna ;)
The store also had wheat-free bread, which I have been told is amazing. It was like $6 for a small bag, so I will probably pick that up next time, lol. Anyways, I am looking forward to eating my fajitas tomorrow, I'll let you know how they taste. Have a great Saturday!

My goodies from Grandma`s Gluten Free Goods!

Same Dress, Different Person :)

Let's just do a quick comparison:
January 1st, 2010 - 282lbs
I remember feeling very uncomfortable in this dress. It was very snug and I was barely able to breathe.

April 29th, 2011 - 238 lbs. We dressed up for the Royal Wedding at school. Let's just say if it wasn't for my black top, this dress would be at my ankles. Every time I put my arms up, it would fall. It was a great feeling, lol.

Rewards Part II

In March, I had set the following goals:

When I get to 240lbs - I will go for a massage
When I get to 230lbs - I will buy myself a new pair of jeans
When I get to 220lbs - I will go for a pedicure
When I get to 210lbs - I will buy myself a LuluLemon sweater, since they don't fit right now :(
When I get to 200lbs - I will buy myself a nice piece of jewelery, like something white gold with a few diamonds :)

I've decided that I need to re-evaluate my goals. I've also decided that the more I lose, the bigger the reward :) lol
240lbs - New jeans!
230lbs - Massage & Pedicure
220lbs - Bench sweater or jacket
210lbs - LuluLemon sweater
200lbs - A ring with white gold and diamonds :)
180lbs - New swim suit (2 piece?)
160lbs - Trip! Europe or NYC. Depending on the finances, lol.

Feelin' Fine at 239! :)

In My Jeans...

Good evening all!
Last Saturday, I was happy to announce that I bought a new pair of size 18 jeans from Old Navy. What I forgot to tell you was that after 20 minutes of wearing them, I had already decided to return them. They started sagging and my bum and my crotch and looked horrible!
So today, I finally made it down to Old Navy and stared endlessly at the wall of jeans once again. Skinny jeans, Bootleg, low rise, stretch, ahhh! Too many choices! And what do they all mean?! I brought a few pairs into the change room in a few different sizes and... I ended up getting into a size 16 dark denim bootleg cut! Ah, what a feeling! I literally smiled at myself in the change room, lol. I felt that great.
Today Old Navy was having 40% off all "bottoms" so I returned the size 18 jeans (for which I paid full price) and ended up buying the size 16 jeans and a short jean skirt (size 16) for $6.99! So I ended up with jeans and a skirt plus a $10 credit! lol. I am pretty much on cloud nine right now :) I know size 16 is still a big size but I am extremely happy! Considering I was previously a size 22, size 16 is a huge accomplishment for me! And you can find size 16 in most stores :)
I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 240lbs. That's 42lbs down. I can't wait until I start seeing the 230's start and kiss the 240's bye-bye and good riddance! Believe it or not, I even think my fingers are getting thinner. I put on some rings that I haven't worn since last summer and they feel a lot more lose :)
Sorry if I'm blabbing or if I sound like I am flaunting it but I am just really proud of myself :)
On another note, Glee is on for 90 minutes tonight! Whoo, hoo! Yes, I am a devoted Gleek. I have all the CD's and we are going to their show in June :) So I better finish up this post, I'm missing it! Peace out, y'all! xo

When I Get Skinny Bin

A few years back, while my sister was helping me go through my closet, we came to a few items I had "grew out of". I couldn't bear to throw them in the Salvation Army bin, so instead, we put them in a big Rubbermaid bin and called it my "When I Get Skinny Bin". I know it is still at my parent's place and I can't remember exactly what's in it but I know that there is an old swin suit, a few nice tops, a pair of capris and my red dress. I wore this red dress in 2003 to Semi Formal. I loved this dress so much, therefore I am setting myself a new goal. I will wear this dress to my cousin's wedding in October.

Yes, I am well-aware I have two sets of hands, lol.
Could only cut out the ex so much! Haha!

Tomorrow is a New Day!

I'm sure you could all guess how I chose the title of this post. My eating this weekend was not too bad... until today. My Nonna's amazing food and my weakness took over :( I thought that I could resist the veal parmesan,  the breaded shrimp and calamari and the strawberry shortcake, but when it came down to it I couldn't. On the plus side, I definitely decreased the portions of the unhealthy stuff and/or the quantity. But, what's done is done and all I can do is learn from this slip up and make better choices next time!

Surprise!

I had to take a moment to share my great news!
I just came back from the store where I HAD to buy a new pair of jeans! The ones I brought to Brampton with me (Apple Bottoms) looked absolutely horrible. Walking through the mall they were falling off! I bought them from Old Navy and I'm so happy. Over the years, the bottom half of my body sadly outgrew Old Navy and I'm proud to announce that I'm now in a size 18!

Laura and Ben

Just Checking In!

Hello everyone!
Just checking in! So far I am staying right on track. Even though I am not really following my preplan, I am still eating very healthy.
We went to my parents for dinner and surprisingly my mom cooked super healthy! Salmon, sweet potatoes, beans, broccoli, and salad. Yummo!
Went to Heart Lake Conservation Area with Laura and Ben. We walked the trails for an hour! It was so nice!
Tomorrow is Easter at Chris' mom's. She is cooking ham (a chicken breast for me) and lots of veggies so hopefully it will be easy for me to stay on track.
Anyways! Have a great weekend! Check in soon!

Beware! Tummy Picture Ahead!

Ok so consider yourself warned! I am aware that this is still considered a "fat picture" but I was just so excited to share my news with all of you!

This is a picture I took yesterday in an old pair of jeans. There were not just sagging on my butt or anything... but they couldn't even stay up! After trying them on I decided to go through a few more pairs of jeans and the result is I have 2 pairs that won't stay on (one from a cousin, one from Additonelle), one pair that are so baggy and look horrible but are perfect for around the house (my old favourite Dereon jeans!) and one pair that I can probably wear for a little while longer (Baby Phat). It's almost time to go jean shopping! Yay!

Me (in my Dereon jeans) Buddy, Laura and Jen in NYC March 2010.

On a different note, this is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Kashi GoLean (1 cup)
Skim milk (1 cup)
Banana

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Romaine lettuce
Kraft Fat Free Dressing (2 tbsps)
Goat cheese
Egg whites (2 hard boiled) Introducing eggs for three days, so far so good!

Green beans
Oyster sauce

T-Zone Vibrations

Hello ladies,
So last night I checked WagJag.com and one in particular caught my eye. Has anyone heard of T-Zone Vibrations? Apparently it has been featured on "The Doctors" and "Tyra Banks" and it is "shown to tone and increase muscle strength, increase metabolism, burn fat and raise energy levels, decrease blood pressure and cortisol levels, improve flexibility, enhance balance and co-ordination, build bone density and fight osteoporosis". So I went out on a whim and bought a two month membership for $49. Is it too good to be true? It may be but I'm excited to try it! I'm obviously a little skeptical but I'm going to go in with an open mind. I think I'm going to wait and start my membership in July since I am not working this summer and I will have more time to go. What do you guys think about this?

Baby #2?

Hello everyone!
Last night after dinner, Chris and I took Ben to the dog park. He loves to play with other dogs and since we have discovered that he has pretty severe separation anxiety, we are going to try to take him to the park more often. He got to play with a beautiful one year old British Bulldog named Heidi. She was so rolly-polly and had the cutest button nose, I joked that if I was a dog, I would look exactly like her, hahaha! Chris throught that was pretty funny. She was so cute! Got us thinking, maybe it's time for baby #2? ;) lol
This morning I got to sleep in... until 8:30am! That's really late in my home, lol. It was raining *boo* so Chris and I went to Walmart and did a little shopping. We got lots of veggies, as usual, frozen spinach and low fat ricotta cheese so I can make my crustless quiche :)

Easter Weekend (April 21st - April 24th)
Next weekend is Easter and we are heading down to Brampton to spend it with our families. You know what that means! Time to start planning! We are heading down Thursday night after work so Jen and I can go to Rona to buy some paint and paint supplies. On Friday, I am painting the playground at her school. Saturday is Easter at Chris' mom's and Sunday we are at my Nonna's for Easter dinner. I am very nervous! It is going to be a very difficult weekend for eating properly. I'm sure I can be successful Thursday and Friday but I am so worried I'm going to over-do it for our Easter celebrations. I think it is because when I had those few months of plateauing, it was because even though I was eating perfectly during the week, I had a really hard time staying on track on the weekends. I would lose a few pounds Monday to Thursday, then gain most of it back Friday to Sunday. I hope that I am strong enough to get through the weekend feeling good about myself. Therefore, I have decided that I am going to set these rules for Easter:
1) Use a small plate for my meals
2) Stick to eating 1/2 cup of starch, but I will not restrict myself to only rice-based products
3) Stick to eating protein the size of a deck of cards
4) Fill up on veggies!
5) Skip dessert and fill up on fruit instead
6) Drink lots of water!!!
Hopefull these rules will leave me satisified and on-track :)
My ND said that if I can stick to those guidelines during special occasions then I will still be successful in my weightloss. I will spend some time this week planning, preparing (and packing) my meals :) Have a great weekend!

Flying puppy!!!! Ben and Heidi :)

Beautiful Day!

It was soooo gorgeous today! It was like 15 degrees! But Spring in Canada is always up and down. It is going down to -2 tonight and we are expecting flurries this weekend! :'( Nooooo!
I've been doing really well with the eating this week but I have two "events" coming up next week. On Sunday, we are going to "Country Boy Restaurant" with Chris' family. I plan on ordering the Chicken Souvlaki. It comes with 2 chicken skewers, a huge greek salad, rice and veggies. I plan on eating 1 of the skewers, the salad, the veggies and half the rice and bringing the rest home. On Wednesday night, the Kindergarten ladies are going out for dinner. Not sure where yet but I will have to do my research and plan my meal.
Not much else to say today. Here is what I ate:

Breakfast:
Kashi GoLean (1 cup)
Skim milk (1 cup)
Banana

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Salmon portion
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Romaine lettuce (whole head)
Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing (2 tbsps)

Dinner:
Brown rice pasta (1/2 cup)
Ground turkey (deck or cards)
Mushrooms and onions
Fat Free Cream Cheese (1 tbsp)
Goat cheese (1 tsp) (Oh, how I've missed you!!!)

My puppy is so lazy in the mornings, lol. He never wants to get out of bed.

Kids! Gotta Love Em!

So I have the share the highlight (or should I say lowlight) of my day. Today, one of the little boys in my class (who is 5 years old by the way) touched my tummy and says "Do you have a baby in your belly?" I've been waiting for this question since I started working with children and it comes when I am 40lbs lighter, lol. Aren't kids the cutest? Haha!
I also purchased my new glasses :) They're purple. Can't wait to get them. Should be sometime next week.
Here is what I are today:

Breakfast:
Kashi GoLean (1 cup)
Skim milk (1 cup)
Banana

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Chicken (deck of cards)
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Zucchini (1 whole)

Snack:
Banana
Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)

Dinner:

I thought I`d share this pic because it makes me laugh, lol.
Here are the new glasses I picked out today along with my hand, all wrapped up, lol.

Hurray for Milk!

Yay! I drank milk twice today with no symptoms! I also started taking those pills to regulate my blood pressure. No chances yet besides a boost of energy this morning and tiredness the rest of the day.
I had a slight detour in my day today. I was going downstairs after dinner to take Ben and the garbage out and as I stuffed the bag down the shoot a big piece of glass cut my hand between my middle and index fingers. As soon as I saw it I knew I would need stitches. So off we went to the clinic. Not sure how many I ended up getting, but I got my stitches and left. I can't get the wound wet so it looks like Chris has dishwashing duties this week. Doctor's orders! ;)

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Kashi (1 cup)
Skim milk (1 cup)
Grapes

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Chicken breast (deck of cards)
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Low sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Asparagus

Snack:
Banana
Peanut butter (1 tbsp)

Dinner:
Chicken breast (deck of cards)
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Low sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Romaine lettuce
Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing (2 tbsp)

Dress Shopping! :D

So I have my cousin's wedding in October and I have decided that I will buy a new dress for it. Well hopefully I will have no choice but to buy a new dress ;) Here are just some that I have in mind :)
 Torrid $68.00
 Torrid $68.00
 Torrid $78.00
Spring - Summer 2011 Voluptuous
Voluptuous (This is a dress I already have. I bought it in January 2009, when I was pretty much at my heaviest. I told myself I'd wear it to a wedding I had in August 2009, then May 2010, then January 2011. Maybe by October 2011, I will feel comfortable enough to wear it)

Sensitivity Detox ENDS!

Hello everyone! I am in a great mood today because it is my LAST day of this sensitivity detox! :D
I just got back from my ND appointment and it went really well. I was a little nervous because I have really been slacking on the exercise and I ruined my detox by eating the taco dip... or so I thought.
I weighed in and I lost 9lbs since the last time I was there (about 2 weeks ago). I lost 8lbs of fat (whoo, hoo!) 1lb of water and no  muscle!
Although my dizzy spells have decreased, I do still get them when I get up from sitting or crouching. Dr. Som checked my blood pressure and discovered that it was low (I think she said 100/60?). She said that the low pressure could be why I was getting the dizzy spells. She gave me a new supplement to try for the month called "Adrenal Px Low Blood Pressure". I have to take 2 capsules when I wake up and 2 capsules anytime between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. I can't take it after that time since it can be known to cause sleeplessness.
Ladies: If you are having troubles losing weight check your beauty products! Especially lotions and creams. Make sure they don't contain an ingredient called "Paraben". This could be listed as "methyl-paraben", "ethyl-paraben" and "butyl-paraben". This toxin acts as an estrogen and could cause weight gain.
Most of my beauty products are from Arbonne which are amazing natural products.

Back to the detox:
Tomorrow I need to begin reintroducing some of the products I have cut out. I am starting with the thing I miss the most... milk!!! I need to have 1-2 servings of milk for 3 days and watch out for symptoms such as issues with digestion/bowel function, joint/muscles aches, headache pressure, nasal or chest congestion and skin issues. I also need to keep on eye on my energy level after ingestion. Every three days I have to introduce something new. I am starting with milk and then I am going to introduce, tomatoes/tomato sauce, bell peppers, egg whites (hard boiled) and egg whites (hard boiled). I'll let you all know how it goes! Have a good one! :)

Sensitivity Detox: Day 14

Shiiiiiiit! I think I totally screwed up!
Last night was fun! There was tons of food, as expected.
Here is how some of my "experiments" went:
Mexican pinwheels: Looked delicious, and apparently tasted delicious.
White bean and tuna dip: Very bland, so I probably won't be making that again.
Baked tostones (baked plantain banana with ground lean meat): Pretty yummy!
Sweet potato fries: Great, but probably would have been better if they were deep fried, lol.
Onions rings: Didn't even get a chance to make them, there was way too much food!
Laura and Will brought veggies and dip, fruit and dip, baba ghanoush (which was amazing!), Laura's imfamous taco dip and spicy green beans in vinegar.
Since I didn't eat much during the day and everything at the table were "pickable" I ate way more than I was used to. I didn't even think I ate that much, but it made me have that yucky "beyond-full" feeling. Good news is, I drank tons of water last night.
When I woke up this morning I still felt full, lol. Laura and Will left early in the afternoon and before I went to have a nap I had an extreme moment of weakness..I ate some of Laura's to-die-for dip! I am so disappointed in myself! Not only because it was full of fat and deliciousness but it was full of dairy, which is supposed to be a huge no-no for two weeks. I wish I could take it back and I really hope I didn't screw up the last 14 days. I have my ND appointment tomorrow, so I will keep you all updated :(
Mexican Pinwheels with salsa, Veggies to the side, ontop of a case of beer, NOT for me! lol

Baked tostones Yumm-o!

Sensitivity Detox: Day 13

Good afternoon everyone! So I got most of my blood work done today. The lab opened at 7:30 and I got there soon after. I didn't have to wait long and they drew my first bit of blood. Then I had to drink the glucose drink (tasted like flat orange Crush) and wait in the lab for two whole hours! Longest hours of my life, lol. Thank goodness I had my phone to play on and Chris showed up a while later to bring me a Cosmo, lol. (The magazine, not a drink! lol) After the two hours they took my blood once again. I finally got to go home and eat something. It was about 11:00 at that point so I just ate some hummus, crackers and an apple. I have to go back at 2:30 where they are going to measure my cortisol (stress hormone) and compare it to the measurement they took this morning.
Laura and Will are coming over tonight so I then went to work cleaning up a bit and prepping the food I am making tonight. I plan on making sweet potato fries in the oven, onion rings (made with rice flour), baked tostones with lean ground beef, white bean and tuna dip and my mexican pinwheels. Besides the pinwheels, all of these meals are experiments, lol. The only thing I can't eat are the mexican pinwheels. They are fine for when I am not detoxing but the tortillas, cheese and cream cheese are a big no-no right now :( I can't wait to be finished this! 3 more days!
On a lighter (and much more happier and exciting note!) I am down 40lbs this morning!!! Whoo, hoo!!! Just about half way to my first goal! There is light at the end of the tunnel!
My plan tonight is to eat a super-light dinner so that later tonight I can enjoy my snacks tonight :) I'll let you know how my experiments turn out! lol Have a beautiful Saturday! :)

Starting to look like a pin cushion :(

Sensitivity Detox: Day 12

Good evening, everybody! TGIF! Today was a pretty laid back day. It was a P.D. day at school so we just went to a workshop in the morning and then cleaned up around the class in the afternoon. After that, Chris and I went to run some errands. I picked up my package from the post office. It was my package from David's Tea :) Then we checked out Jysk! Yes, we finally got one in Kitchener and I am so excited! We bought a rod and some drapes for the back bedroom. Then we went to Giant Tiger for the first time since we've moved here and picked up some shirts and socks for my hubby. After that we did a little grocery shopping and picked up lots of healthy food :)
Tomorrow I am going to try and get my blood work done which means I am done eating for tonight :(
This is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Homemade hummus (2 tbsps)
Mary's Organic Crackers (8)
Grapes

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Chicken breast (deck of cards)
Low sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Zucchini, mushrooms and onions

Dinner:
Homemade hummus (2 tbsps)
Homemade Baba Ghanoush (2 tbsps)
Brown Rice Chips- Curry Flavour (mmmm...) (16 chips)

For some reason, I haven't had much of an appetite at night. Not too sure why. Maybe I'm eating a lot of fibre during the day. Anyways, I went to the washroom while I was at the workshop and as I passed by the mirror I almost did a double take. Not sure if it's sthe outfit but I thought I looked good ;) lol See for yourself!

Sensitivity Detox: Day 11

Good evening all! I had a horrible day at work today. The children were absolutely nuts and I am getting really antsy in my current position. I kind of miss teaching the older kids. On a different note, I'm starting to think that my dizziness might be due to my lack of glasses, lol. I was never a person to wear my glasses 24/7 but this school year I have wearing them everyday. Well, they decided to break last week and I've been going without. So maybe that's why I've been dizzy? Buh, I'll keep you all updated. I booked an optometrist appointment for next Wednesday. Yay! New glasses! I want something funky but sophisticated. Stay tuned!
Tomorrow, is a P.D. day at school, (thank God) so I have a meeting in the morning at the Holiday Inn and then off to spend the afternoon planning and cleaning up the classroom.
Anyways, off to bed soon! Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Homemade Hummus (2 tbsps)
Mary's Organic Crackers (8)
Grapes

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Homemade Baba Ghanoush (2 tbsps)

Mushrooms and onions

What a silly puppy! :)

Sensitivity Detox: Day 10

Happy Hump Day!
I'm almost done! Only 5 more days to go! I got a reply from my ND about my dizzy spells and she said we may need to change the support were giving to my adrenal galnds or modify my diet to change the balance of carbs/protein/fats. I'm not too sure that it is due to my diet because I've been eating the same carbs to proteins to fat ratio since like January. I guess I will have to wait until Monday.
I noticed that I haven't really talked about the supplements that I take.
Right now, I am taking:
Omega 3 Fish Oil (3,000mg/day)
CLA (2,000mg/day)
One-a-day Multivitamin (x2/day)
Calcium-Magnesium (x1/day)
Saw Palmetto (320 mg/day)
Vitamin D (800 IU)
Inositol powder (3 teaspoons/day) Herbotox Detox (x3/day)

This is a great chart I found that explains the benefits of different supplements. If you click on some of the supplements, they go in to detail about the supplement and it's effect of PCOSers.

What do you guys take? Any suggestions?

This is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Homemade Hummus (2 tbsps)
Mary's Organic Crackers (8)
Grapes

Sensitivity Detox: Day 9

Good evening, followers ;)
I am finally home from a long day at work and a long day of tutoring. I am still having dizzy spells and I tried calling my ND but she is not in the office until Thursday. I sent her an e-mail about it, I hope she gets back to me soon, they are becoming more frequent.
Laura and Will are coming over on Saturday so I am trying to find appetizer or dip recipes to make that I can enjoy as well. My options are: Sweet potato fries, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Olive tapenade, Onion rings (made with rice flour), and a bean dip.
I found a recipe for White Bean and Tuna dip that sounds (and looks) delicious. I may have to try it out:

I may also try to make Falafels! I found this great recipe on http://www.canyoustayfordinner.com/ where I can probably substitute the 2 tbsps of flour for 2 tbsps of rice flour. How good does this look? Minusthe pita of course :(

I'm starting to get a little fed up with this eating plan. I miss my milk, fat free cheese, tomatoes, red peppers and occasional Coke Zero. I just want it to be over so we can figure out if I am sensitive to any of these foods. I am also out of inositol, I may go by the doc's tomorrow to pick some up.
Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: (The usual!)
Homemade hummus (2 tbsps)
Mary's Organic Crackers (8)
Grapes

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Chicken breast (deck of cards)
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Baby boy choy, brocolli and onions
Low sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)

Snack:
Banana
Peanut butter (1 tbsp)

Dinner:
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Low sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Salmon portion
Romaine lettuce
Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing (2 tbsps)

My kiddies, playing frisbee in extreme wind, lol.

Sensitivity Detox: Day 8

Hello lovelies!
Today was a pretty good day! When I woke up I was still tired, so I told myself I would try to make it an early night tonight. Work was good. You could tell it was a Monday in my class, lol. The children sometimes have a hard time getting back into the routine after a weekend. I've been feeling really dizzy lately, not too sure why. It's when I'm sitting down and then stand up, I have a few seconds of dizziness. I will mention it to my ND on Monday and see what she has to say. So the snow from that freak snow storm last night didn't stand a chance. It's looking muddy and wet outside now, since the temperature went up to about 13 degrees! Oh, and I forgot to announce... I gave away my first pair of "fat-pants" the other day! Yayyyy! Never going to see those things again.
Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Homemade Hummus (2 tbsps)
Mary's Organic Crackers (8)
Grapes

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Salmon portion
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Soy sauce
Zucchini

Snack:
Banana

Dinner:
Chicken (deck of cards)
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Soy sauce
Broccoli, Baby Bok Choy & Onions

Freak snow storm last night!!!
