Reward System

Ok so since I am pretty much starting back at square one, I have decided to update my reward system. No rewarding myself with eating out or buying junk!
260lbs - New jeans
250lbs - New complete outfit
240lbs - New Lululemon pants
230lbs - Buffalo shopping trip!
220lbs - New Lululemon sweater
210lbs - New ring
200 lbs - Trip to NYC!

Principles of Weight loss (My Plan for 2014)

THE DO LIST:

• Drink water every 2 hours
• Use small plates
• Stick to the Proper Portions for success

THE DON'T LIST:

• No white flour
• No white sugar
• No pop and juice
• No fast food
•No chocolate or candy

Clean Eating!
