Wow!

Ok people, so I went digging for old pictures. The picture where I thought I was my biggest... Was not my biggest...
Get ready for it...



Never going back to that again.

Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Kashi (1 cup)
Skim milk (1 cup)

Lunch:
Salmon portion
Brown rice (1/2 cup)
Low sodium soy sauce
Orange peppers and zucchini

Snack:
Skim milk (1 cup)
Gluten Free, Sugar Free Banana Muffin (1)
