I organized my dinner so pretty to take a pic for you guys, but I must have been so hungry I ate it before I got a chance to take a pic lol. Anyways, I am down 8 lbs today. Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
Kashi
Almond milk
Banana
Lunch:
Rice pasta (1/2 cup)
4 small chicken meatballs
Salad with Greek dressing, sunflower seeds and craisins
Snack:
Broccoli and ranch dressing
Dinner:
Basmati rice (1/2 cup)
Pork tenderloin
Broccoli
1 tbsp of light cream cheese
