Hello everyone!
So I've been going to T-Zone every day for the last week and just wanted to take a moment to share my experiences with it:
- First things first, I haven't lost any weight this week but I am really hoping it means that I am gaining muscle which will in turn help me to burn fat quicker.
- On Tuesday I came home feeling very sore in my thighs which I always thought was a good thing to feel after working out (pain = it's working!) When I went back on Wednesday the lady told me that the pain is being caused by me working to hard and a dip in lactic acid. She told me to stay away from thigh exercises and use the massaging exercises on the machine. Usually this pain lasts me a few days but this morning I woke up and I'm not in pain anymore. Could it be that this machine actually works?
- I can barely hold a squat, a lunge or a plank on this machine!
I am really enjoying going to T-Zone, I just hope that I start seeing results in my body in the next few weeks and if so, I am able to find a way to afford it some September :)
Hello everyone!
So I started my 2 month membership with T-Zone Vibrations and I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how it's going. Believe it or not, I think it actually works. Some people who go to T-Zone just stand or sit on the platform to increase circulation, cellulite and experience a bunch of other benefits. Me on the other hand, wanted a more challenging work out. I do squats, lunges, planks, push ups and more and I am sore! You're only supposed to do each exercise for 30 seconds but let me tell you it is not easy to hold it up! The vibrations apparently makes your muscles contract 10x more than if you were doing the exercises without the machine. My logic behind it is that you are using more muscles to keep your balance and stabalize yourself.
Anyways, I left T-Zone sweaty, slightly sore (in a good way) and with energy :)
I plan on going 5 days a week, I'll keep you posted on my progress!!!
Hello everyone!
I just wanted to take a minute to share with you my weightloss plan this summer!
My workout regime at the time is very minimal. I take Russell out for a 30 minute walk every day... and that's about it. I really need to step up the weights and resistance training. That is why I am very excited about my summer plans.
A few months back, I had purchased a 2 month membership to T-Zone Vibrations from Wag Jag. You could choose any 2 months to use them and I decided to save them for July and August, when I have the most time. Tonight, my sister and I bought a new Wag Jag offer, a 3 month membership at Curves for $39! The only thing that blows about this Wag Jag is that it is only for the Brampton location but I am sure I will be down there enough and utilize it a lot this summer.
I am feeling very optimistic about getting closer to my goal this summer!
