Zumba!
I went to my first Zumba class today with my Mother in Law! I really enjoyed it. I need to get some new shoes and a sports bra. My feet are hurting me :( I've been eating perfectly lately and working out daily. I'm so proud of myself :) I am meeting up with Andres tomorrow for dinner. We are going to Williams. I am treating myself with a Chai Tea Latte but I will be having a salad for dinner. Until next time! :)
Below is a photo of me and my boy at the Zoo this weekend :)

Never been so happy to see her!
She's here! I never thought I'd miss her but how happy and excited I was to see her yesterday morning. That's right, Aunt Flo. I worked out every day this week. Monday and Tuesday I did the treadmill and yesterday I lifted hand weights. The fact that she came 2 days after I started working out is not a coincidence. Apparently exercise helps you create estrogen which triggers your period. I am going to try and take my vitamins and track ovulation this month. I've been on track 100% on my eating. I have two protein smoothies per day, either at breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. They are so yummy! This week I will be visiting my parents. So scared that I'm going to sabotage myself. Going to bring some protein powder. I weighed in today for the first time since God knows when but I am 273 *barf*. Around the same that I was this time last year. Last June I got down to 260 I believe. I know I will do that again and some more. Excited to see where this journey leads to! This is the protein powder I use. Vegan and high fibre with added greens. This is chocolate but I have the vanilla too :) Yummy!

I'm Back!!! AGAIN :(
I went off the pill in September 2014 to see if we could conceive baby #2. Periods were fairly normal and ranged from 30-5 days. My last period was Januar 31st, 2015. I started having pain if my left side so I finally went to the doctor. Had ultrasounds and bloodwork done. All "perfect" according to my doctor. The only thing was they found "multiple tiny cysts" on my left ovary. I asked her if this "proves" my pcos, she said it "suggests" it. So my plan is to seriously drop this weight. I am sure that is why I was able to conceive Ethan so naturally. I am not sure what I weigh exactly but I think I'm hovering around 275 :( I will check once I feel some changes in my clothing. This week I have worked out every night on my new treadmill. Thursday I am going to my first Zumba class with my Mother in Law. Should be fun! Feel free to add me on Fitness Pal: kristinatodd1986

Kristina Pastina
I am a pasta lover. I love it so much, as a kid I was often called Kristina Pastina. It's one of my weaknesses. I'm Italian. I grew up living on it. When I first started eating healthier, I cut out white pasta and began eating whole wheat. Then my doc suggested I cut wheat so I began trying different types-- rice pasta, spelt, kamut, cereal etc. This time around, Dr. Som doesn't want me eating ANY grains. While it has been tough and I've had a few moment of weaknesses, it has shown that my body is LOVING the no grain lifestyle. I found these today: red lentil pasta and amaranth pasta. Made from, you ready for it, red lentils and water and amaranth and water. Could it be too good to be true?! Maybe! I'll keep you all posted on the taste tomorrow :)
